My most important experience from the training was the motivation I took from working with the group and the CNA trainers. That motivation was influenced by the strong bonds of the group, the safe space for sharing personal experiences, the solidarity and deep work on reconciliation. The work required complete dedication and engagement during the workshops and at the end we would come to conclusions together, but also raise new questions. I think the training has changed my perception of certain topics that we discussed, because we viewed them from different angles and using different methods. Various topics were opened, but what had the biggest impact on me were the personal stories of all the people at the training. They enriched this entire training and gave everything an emotional dimension that is sorely needed in working on reconciliation and dealing with the past.
I would recommend the training to everyone who wants to seriously work on recognising social issues in the Balkans and solving them.
