My most important experience from the training was encountering different experiences, ways of thinking and conclusions about situations all of us had lived through over the past decades in the territory of our former country. It meant a lot to me to meet training participants of different ages and “ranges” of world views, ways of presenting their thoughts about the given topic, ways of achieving goals, etc.
It was also interesting to meet the four trainers with their particularities and different ways of approaching the participants, the presentations and tasks.
I would recommend this kind of training to anyone who wants to work on themselves. Meeting different people, learning about their experiences and ways of thinking can go a long way to help mutual understanding. The training offers a pleasant atmosphere of understanding and support. Spending time together outside the workshops is an added bonus.
