A collection of short stories from the first Biber contest has been published. It includes 25 stories selected by the jury comprising: Doruntina Basha, Faruk Šehić and Bojan Krivokapić.
The electronic edition of the collection can be downloaded from biber.nenasilje.org.
Biber is a short story contest on the topic of reconciliation, which was open from March to September 2015. Stories written in one of the following languages were eligible: Albanian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Croatian, Serbian or Macedonian.
The contest was organised by the Biber team in cooperation with the Centre for Nonviolent Action Sarajevo|Belgrade. The contest received 316 stories from various parts of the former Yugoslavia and from the diaspora.
The collection of stories will be promoted during the month of May in Sarajevo, Skopje and Belgrade, and hopefully also in other cities of the region in the following months.
